To schedule an appointment, call (319) 861-7778. Screenings are available Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Saturday's by appointment) and walk-in hours between 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A physician order is required.
Treatment
The first step in treating osteoporosis is prevention. Building strong bones, especially before age 35, may be the best defense. Osteoporosis requires lifelong management.
