Palliative Care Team

In partnership with the patient's physician and healthcare team, the Palliative Care team focuses on the goals of patients and their families. The team includes:

• Palliative care physicians
• Specialized nurses
• Social workers
• Chaplain
• Pharmacists
• Additional healthcare providers as needed
