Healing Center
Mercy's Healing Center provides same day or ongoing wound healing and infusion/injection treatments in an outpatient setting with flexible hours and scheduling.
Our specially trained physicians provide care to patients with non-healing wounds and identifies the cause while working to prevent it from reoccurring. With advanced treatment like negative pressure wound therapy, total contact casting for diabetic foot ulcers and Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy (HBO), patients have the most comprehensive options available in healing wounds. Our certified wound, ostomy and incontinence nurses help patients who have questions and needs related to their ostomy pouch and skin problems around the ostomy. They evaluate the best fitting pouching system for patients and troubleshoot any problems a patient may experience.
The treatment side of the Healing Center provides care to patients needing ongoing specialized treatment services including IV infusions and injections, to port flushes and catheter care – our specialized nursing staff offers the most comprehensive treatment care in the
area - 365 days a year. A physician order is required for outpatient infusion/injection/nursing treatment.
