The Mercy Employee Health Center (EHC) also offers quality and convenient care through video visits. Available through the MyChart app, patients (ages 5+) can see a provider without leaving their seat.
What is needed for a video visit?
- Download the MyChart app. Available through the App Store and Google Play.
- Your MyChart username and password. Need a MyChart account? Register here.
- Front-facing camera capabilities.

- Coughing
- Diarrhea
- Fever
- Migraines and headaches
- Pinkeye
- Rashes
- Seasonal Flu
- Sinus issues
- Sore throat
- Stomach aches
- Head lice
Choose a traditional clinic visit for care that requires a hands on exam, requires labs or x-rays, chronic conditions, and sprains or broken bones that require bandaging.
If you have questions about whether or not you can be seen through a video visit, please call the clinic directly. If the provider does not feel your diagnosis is appropriate for a video visit, you may be directed to a clinic for an office visit.
What is the payment process?
Co-pays will be collected through the MyChart app.
Is there a cost difference between a video visit and a clinic visit?
No, the cost for a video visit is the same as a traditional clinic visit.
Do I have to have my health insurance at Mercy to use the video visit service?
