Online Bariatric Seminar
Please Note
- Please log on approximately 10 minutes prior to the start of the online seminar.
- You will be placed in a holding room until the online seminar starts.
- To ensure a positive experience, and in consideration of other attendees; if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule.
Seminars are scheduled several times per month at 11 a.m. and again at 5 p.m. and are approximately one hour in length. This seminar is held online. Login information will be sent to you in the event confirmation email via MyChart, or emailed to the address given, if registering as a Guest.

Once you've selected a date and time, you'll be asked to sign-in using your MyChart account. If you do not have a MyChart account, you can either create a new account, or register as a Guest. (Note: New patients will be required to create a MyChart account prior to your first clinic appointment).
