In-Person Bariatric Seminar
Please Note
- Please arrive approximately 15 minutes in advance for the in-person seminar.
- Please check yourself in via MyChart.
- To ensure a positive experience, and in consideration of other attendees; if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule.
Seminars are scheduled several times per month at 11 a.m. and again at 5 p.m. and are approximately one hour in length. This seminar is held in person at Mercy Medical Center's 8th & 8th Medical Building. You will receive a confirmation that includes the location/directions of the seminar via MyChart, or emailed to the address given, if registering as a Guest.

Once you've selected a date and time, you'll be asked to sign-in using your MyChart account. If you do not have a MyChart account, you can either create a new account, or register as a Guest. (Note: New patients will be required to create a MyChart account prior to your first clinic appointment).
