Mercy hosts Especially for You® Women’s Health & Wellbeing event
Extended hours for mammograms, EFY t-shirt color revealed
Mercy Medical Center is pleased to continue its Especially for You® series on Women’s Health & Wellbeing, with a special event from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 18.
The public is invited to Mercy Women’s Center for an open house to kick off the 2017 season of the Especially for You® (EFY) Race Against Breast Cancer. Those in attendance will have an opportunity to see the unveiling of the 2017 EFY race t-shirt color following an online public voting contest. Participants can also register for the race, have a mammogram during extended hours (must schedule ahead and have a physician order), register for prizes and pick up a discount coupon for a massage or facial.
Additionally, Mercy healthcare providers will be on hand to answer questions about the latest breast care imaging, technology and other advancements.
The Hall-Perrine Cancer Center’s newest medical oncologist, Ann Stroh, MD, will also be on hand to greet visitors and answer questions.
