Mercy Announces Addition of New Urologist and Urology Clinic

Mercy Medical Center announces the establishment of a new urology clinic.  Mercy Urology Clinic is led by board-certified urologist, Matthew Smith, MD. Dr. Smith provides a full range of medical and surgical services for adults, and selected services for pediatric patients, who suffer from problems of the urinary tract, as well as diseases and conditions of the male genital and reproductive organs.

Mercy Urology Clinic is located on the Mercy campus at 901 Eighth Avenue SE, across the street from the hospital.  Dr. Smith began seeing patients there in early September.

Dr. Smith graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor and completed his residency in urology at the University of Michigan Hospitals.
