Mercy! Mercy! It’s Almost Christmas –
Make your way to Mercy Medical Center, 701 10th St. SE, on Thursday, Nov. 14 for the Auxiliary’s holiday event, Mercy! Mercy! It’s Almost Christmas! Mercy will be transformed into Mistletoe Market Place. It’s a great place to get your Christmas shopping done early and support a local cause! The event is free and open to the public. Hours are 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
More than 30 local vendors will have their unique, handcrafted merchandise on display and available for purchase in Mercy’s Hallagan Education Center. There will be handmade chocolates, embroidered items, children’s gifts, decorative glass, jewelry, metal work and much more. Plus, visitors will have an opportunity to browse through the Wreaths of Hope display. These beautifully designed wreaths were created by local individuals and organizations and will be available for purchase.
Visitors will also be able to see and shop for holiday merchandise offered by the Mercy gift shops; purchase homemade goodies at the bake sale; buy raffle tickets for items and gift certificates from local merchants; and there’s even a gift wrapping station.
Plus, meet friends in Mercy’s 10th Street lobby for a cup of coffee and conversation.
Proceeds from this event go to the Mercy Auxiliary in support of an endowment to the Hall-Perrine Cancer Center.
