Starting in late December, MercyCare Urgent Care is excited to offer a new, convenient service called eArrival. eArrival allows you to choose your arrival time electronically from home, school, the office or any place on-the-go. Because clinic staff already knew you were coming, you’ll wait less in the lobby and save time.

Here’s how eArrival works:

Visit www.mercycare.org/earrival to view arrival time options at any MercyCare Urgent Care location. You can check in using your MyChart account or check in as a guest. Choose from available arrival times, then come to MercyCare Urgent Care knowing we are already expecting you.
