Tai Chi with Alex Streinz, PTA
Come move and breathe to improve your body awareness, balance and endurance. By combining slow, fluid movements with coordinated breathing, visual tracking, and mindful intent you can enhance your calm while tapping into your body's natural healing capabilities.
Strength Training with Ben Kurt, PT, DPT
Learn ways to improve your strength and tolerance for everyday activities! Classes will be split into upper- and lower-body strengthening exercises. We will also progress from no equipment to exercises with bands or weights that you can do in your own home.
Balance Training with Jenna Heitshusen, Personal Trainer
Challenge your balance with stability exercises and increase mobility with range of motion and stretching. We will try a variety of balance exercises that can prepare us for moving better in our daily lives.
