She just checked me over but never told me what was wrong prescribed medicine and out the door I went

This provider was not even in the room 5 minutes. She didn't listen to anything I had to tell her and just based a decision without including me in it. She didn't make eye contact me or showed any interest in why I was there. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable. I felt the impression of she could care less and left in tears. Never in my years of going to MercyCare have I ever had this type of experience.

Doctor and nurse rushed appointment and did not seem concerned for our symptoms! Many questions were asked about a different health concern that we didn't make an appointment for. No options for treatments were really given.

Direct and to the point, I prefer that when getting health information. Ericka was great.

Erica is always so fast to get me in and out. She appreciates that my time is valuable as well.
