Excellent care very in tune with my problem and what needed done

I always feel like she's listening to me and taking my concerns into consideration. I never feel like she has a cookie cutter approach; I always feel it's specific to me and my concern. I love that she takes the time to consider what I'm asking if she needs to. I never feel rushed, and I greatly appreciate that.

Doctor was great

She is nice but I felt her resident was more interactive/ talked about what was going on more than she did.

I had been upset by an incident that happened before my appointment. I talked to Danielle Moore about it before we started my appointment. Danielle said she was glad that I brought it to her attention.

Awesome place

She didn't tell me of new diagnosis. Only way I found I had it was on print out sheet I received when I left!! I'm upset that wasn't a priority! When I called and talked to her nurse I was told she ran out of time to discuss diagnosis!

Both professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with Danielle. She has a convincing way, without being pushy.

I like Ms. Moore, she is thorough and takes time to explain.

I don't like the way she talks to people cause she is mean... She don't even touch you on the problem..
