It was the worst experience to date. Dr was cold, condescending! I left crying and with zero help or care. All they did was weigh me and I've lost 18 pounds my last visit! I haven't tried to! I will never be back after how they treated me and did not treat me at all or recommend anything!!!!

I like Dr. Taeger. I do feel that sometimes I come out of an appointment without a complete understanding of why he has me doing the recommended actions, but that's at least partly on me for not asking more questions at the time. When I do ask, he is very communicative.

I went in because of severe pain I am experiencing in my low back/hips. Dr Taeger took an xray, gave me (a pain med) which literally did nothing for the pain and referred me to an orthopedic doctor which is in a month. I have NEVER asked him for pain medicine.

I was there for a physical. He listened to my heart for 10 seconds. He did not check my lymph nodes, and I have a history or melanoma, did not check joints, look in throat, listen to lungs. Not sure how you can count that as a physical.

Coming Home to Mercy

Harold "Red" Drew, 59, had a swollen lymph node on his neck in June 2016. Two rounds of antibiotics later, it was still there and more had popped up. When his dentist raised concerns, Red decided it was time to switch physicians. Read more on page 12.
