Jennifer is always very genuine in her concern for my health issues but does not dictate what I should do.

Jennifer makes sure you understand plan of care and addresses all your concerns.

We chose to come back to Mercy to see Jennifer - we now live in the Quad Cities and saw a cardiologist there and didn't feel the same comfort we had felt when we were at Mercy. Jennifer listened to me with concern and empathy and answered all of our questions and put together a good plan.
