Weight Loss Program
The Mercy Weight Loss Program 2.0 is available to all Mercy Employees for FREE and to community members for $115.
Discover weight loss with a new perspective. It’s not about cutting calories and hours of exercise. Class content aims to help you learn how to have balanced eating, to support metabolism and energy, craving control and insulin resistance, stress management, and movement for life. Find support with your online coach or a group of peers, with the goals of losing weight, feeling better and becoming more knowledgeable about your weight loss journey.
Comes with 1:1 support from a coach, information delivered each Monday and a requirement of turning in meal plans each week. You will begin the program with a 1:1 meeting with a certified wellness coach and then receive the rest of the information weekly via email. You will choose one other time throughout the 10 weeks to meet with the coach again and have weekly homework designed to help you create healthy habits for life.
In addition to structured coaching, we offer flexible support options to meet your unique needs throughout the program. Whether you prefer additional check-ins or personalized feedback via email or messaging, we are here to support you every step of the way. Our goal is to empower you with practical strategies, answer your questions, and provide encouragement as you build sustainable habits. This flexible coaching ensures you get the guidance you need, when you need it, to stay motivated and on track.
