MercyCare Urgent Care
eArrival: Choose your arrival time
MercyCare Urgent Care clinics do not take appointments. We do encourage patients to check in using eArrival to arrive at a specific time and limit your wait.
Remember: If you are experiencing emergent issues such as chest pain or stroke symptoms please save time by visiting Mercy's ER - either at our main hospital in downtown Cedar Rapids or at our Hiawatha location, conveniently located off I-380 at the Boyson exit.
Due to the nature of Urgent Care, eArrivals are NOT scheduled appointments. We may triage patients with more urgent/immediate healthcare needs. Wait time is subject to change based on walk-in patient volume. For acute visits only. Not for chronic or emergent visits. One patient per arrival time. Thank you for choosing Mercy, we look forward to caring for you as quickly as possible with The Mercy Touch®.
