ER Wait Times/On My Way

Mercy already has the fastest ER in the area – at both its Cedar Rapids and Hiawatha locations. Now, a new feature may help you reduce your wait time even further.

“On My Way” lets you see wait times at both locations and alert ER staff that you’re coming so they can prepare for your arrival. Watch the short video below to see how it works.
